Likewise 03:19
Thirteen months in a year Another day, another fear Eleven years, not one decayed The circuits break, the wire’s frayed And I said oh, well maybe you could use a break And you said no, I had some words you couldn’t shake Likewise Thirteen months in a year Another week, another fear Eleven years, not one decayed Where was all the time displayed? And I said oh, well maybe you could use a break And you said no, I had some words you couldn’t shake And I said no, you haven’t heard? It’s give and take And you said oh, well I think that’s a big mistake Likewise

I knew the people in the door They were looking I know they saw me floating off In another space I blew the hinges off the door And I flew through What you call it doesn't matter It's all the same We both know You're just an empty frame
3.
Bubble Wrap 03:02
Hold me in your arms Oh could you mold me into little swarms Of feeling unsuppressed Yeah, alive and not depressed Could you press me into bits and pieces Deftly reaching into my impeachable offense Help me stave off every breach into the fence No more teaching on the beach Yeah no beseeching of good friends No more leeching off a peach or two I gave it up for Lent No more Nietzsche, no abyss Yeah just a murky hole to vent No abyss, yeah, just a hole to vent

Chair Poetry 03:03
Please forget about the chair It’s not important like the air The summer of sledgehammer arrived But it’s important to be alive Is it still important to be alive? You spread your lie across the arctic The anger’s melting off your face
6.
Shadow of the river, I tried to wade Got carried along like spectral waste I raise my arms and try to wait Just floating on to find a mate Nice old job but how's it pay? It's a nice old life but it won't stay You can fight the river to have your way But why not just enjoy today? Shadow of the dam, I tried to wade But I got blocked off by my mental state I cry for nothing, oh what a trade It's sticks and stones, just call it fate I went fishing but I lost the bait I made mistakes, no mistakes were made It'll all flow over, you can save the date Just close your eyes when you cross the gate Shadow of the hand, it's in the way If you block the sun, it's still the day You can wag your finger at the rays Or thumb your nose and sniff away Every night I miss the taste So I kiss my pipe and shield my face Is this real life or just a race? I flap my arms but stay in place Shadow of the other, it's in the way I find some words but I can't say I made my mind, no mind was made I lost the point, go find some shade Seventeen months in a forest of jade Then seventeen years in a puddle of hate I lost the words, the words they may Be caught in the haze of your Shape
7.
What you told me was a lie What you told me then What you told me was a lie And I knew it then

Panoramic vision of the city Visualize the shapes inside the frame Signifying someone and/or something We can see it now, don’t wait Hexagon The shapes belong Hexagon It won't last long Pattern at the edge of our design It reflects a prism, noble and divine Accelerate division of our dreams The dawn will bring us out of the machine Hexagon The shapes belong Hexagon It won't last long
10.
When I turn to you, well it makes me smile When you're looking through my dreams with attention Undivided When you separate the vision from the lens I magnify it The dust becomes a tumbleweed and every spark Becomes a fire I can't divide it I can't divide it

Apogee 03:33
I just Want I just want to get to zero

Between the lines Within the tone The words above Float alone Stay then go High and low Stop then flow It’s yes and no It’s context, really Shake, spread, make No Give yourself another role Split the row Feel the glow Check then show Yes, touch and go It’s context, really Relative burns Space, sea Land, air East, west Here, there Keep, share Blink, stare Fear, dare Tear, tear
15.
There is happiness these shapes There is happiness in these spaces To think You tried to circle Around me As if I was an empty space Fill it in for me Fill With every single shade Again Like when you said to me Curl your lids, forever be Awake Alone You couldn't breathe, you had to know There is happiness in these shapes There is happiness in these spaces Above Below Could you say to me One truthful thing Why lie? Why fake Your way through this life I never knew that I could be so happy Again You said As if I knew A thing At all Oh what was left to say? There is happiness in these shapes There is happiness in these spaces There is happiness in these shapes There is happiness in these spaces Whatever happens, it's life The atoms bounce and scatter into patterns of their own design What's there or not, it doesn't matter A loss, real or imagined, it leaves a hole The voices tell me to love more and think less To think less of loves that came before It's all in your head, they tell me It's all in your head And they're right Every terror Every motion And every bit of joy

about

Recorded October-December 2013

One year after our first recording, we proudly present our 3rd LP: Hexagon Holiday. Recorded over two long months of inspiration and frustration, it represents the culmination of our time together in Hong Kong and a huge leap forward in both sound and ambition.
